Ranchod "Soti" Vamanrav

Construction has always been part of Ranchod’s life. Raised in a family of builders, he learned alongside experienced craftsmen who taught him to take pride in his work and build with integrity. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience, including seven years working professionally in the trade, he brings that foundation to every SOTI Construction project.

As the founder and owner, Ranchod stays involved from the first consultation to the finishing touches. From concrete foundations and custom patios to landscaping, he approaches each project with careful preparation, attention to detail, and respect for your property. He proudly serves homeowners and businesses throughout the greater Portland Metro area and surrounding communities.

Ranchod believes good work starts with honest communication and following through on your word. His goal is simple: understand your vision, deliver quality results, and build something that lasts. When you work with SOTI Construction, you work directly with someone who cares about your project as much as you do.

When he’s not on the job, Ranchod enjoys spending time with his wife—traveling to new places, trying new foods, or relaxing at home with a good movie.
